Terms of Use

The rules for using PickMySlot to share availability, arrange meetings and manage a scheduling workspace.

Effective and last updated: 1 November 2026 · Contact: support@pickmyslot.app

1. About these terms

These Terms govern the PickMySlot website at pickmyslot.app, its progressive web app and related booking services. References to PickMySlot, we, us or our mean the provider of this service, which you can contact at support@pickmyslot.app. By creating an account or using the booking service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar device storage. A privacy notice is information about processing, not blanket consent to unrelated uses of your data.

2. Accounts and authority

You must be at least 18, or the age required to enter a binding contract where you live, to create a host account. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms for it. Guests must have authority to provide the booking details they submit; an authorized adult may arrange a booking for someone else where lawful.

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access. Do not share an individual account as a substitute for inviting team members. You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account, subject to applicable law.

3. What the service does

PickMySlot provides booking pages, meeting types, availability controls, time-zone handling, team scheduling, reports and enabled email workflows. Features depend on your configuration, integration permissions and the access available to your account.

We provide scheduling software, not the professional service a host offers. Hosts and guests are responsible for the meeting itself, the accuracy of the information they provide and any separate service agreement between them. PickMySlot is not a party to those separate agreements.

4. Booking links and meeting responsibilities

Hosts set their availability, durations, booking questions, locations and cancellation or rescheduling expectations. Check those details before booking. Both participants should verify the date, time zone and location shown in their confirmation, especially after a change.

A meeting marked private is hidden from the host's public listing; it is still accessible through its direct shared link. Treat booking, invitation and meeting-management links with care and share them only with intended recipients. Do not put confidential information into public profile text, branding or meeting descriptions.

Automated email, calendar events and reminder delivery can be delayed, filtered or interrupted. Keep your own record of important appointments; the service is not an emergency communications system.

5. Your content and guest information

You retain rights in the content you provide. You grant PickMySlot a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, display and transmit that content as needed to provide, secure and support the service, including presenting the booking information you choose to publish.

Only upload logos, images, text and personal information you have the right to use. Hosts are responsible for providing appropriate notices, permissions and lawful instructions for guest information and email workflows. Do not use booking questions to request passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity, scams, impersonation, harassment, discriminatory abuse or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • Do not introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or interfere with other users' availability or bookings.
  • Do not scrape private information, misuse shared links, overload the service or evade rate or plan limits.
  • Do not misrepresent affiliation with PickMySlot, Google or another service provider. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately through support rather than exposing other users' data.

7. Google and other external services

Google sign-in and Google Calendar connection are separate choices. A calendar connection authorizes the permissions shown by Google. PickMySlot uses those permissions for the scheduling features you enable; you can disconnect the integration in the app or revoke access in your Google Account.

External services have their own terms, policies and availability. Revoked permissions, provider outages or incorrect external data may affect conflict checks, event updates and email delivery. A video-call location or link does not itself guarantee that a conferencing room will be created automatically.

Optional Microsoft and Zoom connections require the host to authorize the provider. Microsoft primary-calendar access checks conflicts and synchronizes booking events; eligible accounts may create Teams rooms. Google Meet and Zoom can generate rooms for configured one-to-one video bookings. Provider account eligibility, permissions, limits and outages affect availability. Disconnecting stops future access but does not automatically remove provider events or rooms already created.

An optional Apple iCloud Calendar connection requires explicit permission and an Apple app-specific password. It checks one selected iCloud calendar for conflicts and maintains booking events there. iCloud-side edits do not update the original PickMySlot booking. Local calendars stored only on your device are not connected.

8. Account plans and host service prices

PickMySlot account plans are separate from the services hosts offer. Standard costs INR 1,700 or USD 20 once. Premium costs INR 4,000 or USD 50 per year and requires manual renewal, with no automatic annual charge. India uses INR; other billing countries use USD. The pricing and billing pages show the applicable currency, included features, discounts and usage limits. Access is granted after server verification of a captured payment through Razorpay. Existing paid agreements and valid promotional benefits remain governed by their applicable terms.

Hosts may mark a meeting as free or display a service price and currency. A displayed service price is information supplied by the host, not a PickMySlot checkout. Hosts and clients arrange and settle payment directly outside PickMySlot. PickMySlot does not collect or verify those service payments, issue service-payment receipts, manage refunds or provide client subscription billing. Booking confirmation confirms a scheduled appointment; it is not proof of payment.

Agree any payment method, timing, cancellation and refund terms directly with the host. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment in PickMySlot does not issue a refund. Do not send card numbers, security codes or banking passwords through messages. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

8A. Host and client arrangements

The host is responsible for the services they offer, the prices they display and any payment arrangements made with clients outside PickMySlot. PickMySlot supplies scheduling and messaging software and is not a party to the host’s service or payment agreement.

Contact the host about service delivery, pricing, payment, cancellation or refund concerns. For a payment made outside PickMySlot, use the relevant payment provider’s support or dispute process where available. You may report platform abuse or a scheduling error to support@pickmyslot.app. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or rights concerning PickMySlot’s own services and charges.

9. Intellectual property

PickMySlot's original software, interface and branding remain the property of their respective rights holders. These Terms give you permission to use the service, not ownership of its software or trademarks. Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses. Third-party names and marks identify their respective providers and do not imply endorsement.

If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact support with the affected URL, a description of your rights and enough information for us to investigate. Do not include unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial report.

10. Availability, suspension and leaving

We may change features, perform maintenance or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations or a material breach of these Terms. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent protective action may require immediate restrictions.

You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and contact support to request account closure or data deletion. Sign-out and clearing browser storage do not delete server-side records. Requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy, with identity checks and applicable retention requirements.

11. Warranties and responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. We do not guarantee attendance, email delivery or the performance of a host's services or an external provider.

Neither party is responsible for losses it could not reasonably foresee or for events beyond its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over conflicting wording in these Terms.

12. Changes, concerns and contact

We will publish revisions with an updated date and use an appropriate notice for material changes. Where applicable law requires new consent or agreement, we will seek it. Changes do not remove rights or obligations that arose before the revision.

Please contact support@pickmyslot.app first to discuss a concern or dispute. These Terms do not require private arbitration, waive mandatory consumer rights or select an exclusive court. Applicable law and any mandatory jurisdiction rules determine your rights. Contact the same address for questions about these Terms.

Standard purchases and Premium annual upgrades

Standard is offered at USD 20 as a one-time purchase for an individual account, subject to the published usage limits and these Terms. Premium is a USD 50 annual plan for up to three people in total, including the account owner, and can be purchased directly without buying Standard. There is no monthly billing option or separate per-person charge. Premium includes Standard features only while Premium is active. After Premium expires, the account returns to Free unless Standard was purchased separately; a separately purchased Standard plan remains available. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless checkout states otherwise.

New Premium purchases provide one year of access for USD 50 and require a new manual payment for each further year. They do not automatically renew or authorize recurring charges. Renewal is available during the final 30 days of access and extends the existing expiry by one calendar year; a purchase after expiry starts a new year from the verified payment date. Ending Premium returns the account to Free unless Standard was purchased separately. Separately purchased Standard access and existing records are retained, while future operations that require Premium may be restricted. Existing automatic subscription agreements remain governed by their checkout authorization and can be managed or cancelled in Plans & billing. Refunds may recalculate the remaining paid Premium term; independent administrator grants are retained. Existing paid agreements and valid promotional access are honoured during the plan transition. Checkout remains closed until the applicable payment service is activated.

Usage allowances are shown on the pricing and billing pages. Core booking confirmations, cancellations and security notices remain available. An account upgrade or downgrade granted by the administrator is an access decision, not evidence of a payment or refund. Changes to payment renewals and existing paid periods are handled separately and recorded. These provisions do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
